Summary

Dual Pilot (the browser extension and desktop app, together "the Software") does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. There is no server, no analytics, no telemetry, and no account.

What the Software does

The Software takes a prompt you type into its own composer and inserts that prompt into the chat input on chatgpt.com and claude.ai inside your own browser session, then clicks send. All conversations occur between you and OpenAI / Anthropic under their own terms and privacy policies.

Data stored locally

• Your last prompt and selected project IDs are stored in chrome.storage.local (extension) or localStorage (desktop app) so the composer remembers them between sessions.
• Your existing ChatGPT and Claude session cookies live in your browser / the desktop app's isolated session, exactly as they would if you visited those sites directly. The Software never reads, exports, or transmits them.

Permissions the extension requests

• tabs — to find or open the ChatGPT and Claude tabs.
• storage — to remember your last prompt and project choices on your device.
• scripting + host access to chatgpt.com and claude.ai — to inject the prompt into each site's composer.

None of these are used to read, exfiltrate, or transmit content from those pages.

Third parties

The Software interacts only with chatgpt.com and claude.ai. Their privacy policies govern any data you submit to those services.
